Actinic Keratosis overview.
Actinic keratoses are often related to cumulative sun exposure. They may appear as rough, scaly, or irritated patches and should be evaluated in the context of a patient's overall skin cancer risk and sun-damage history.
Actinic Keratosis is listed in Dr. Rein's Skin Cancer section.
During consultation, Dr. Rein reviews the patient's goals, anatomy, health history, healing considerations, and realistic surgical or non-surgical options.
