Basal Cell Carcinoma overview.

Basal cell carcinoma can occur on sun-exposed areas and may be deceptively small while still requiring precise treatment. When removal leaves a visible defect, reconstruction is planned around tissue preservation, scar direction, and cosmetic restoration.

Basal Cell Carcinoma is named in the Skin Cancer section of Dr. Rein's website.

During consultation, Dr. Rein reviews the patient's goals, anatomy, health history, healing considerations, and realistic surgical or non-surgical options.
