Dysplastic Nevus overview.

A dysplastic nevus may look different from ordinary moles and may be monitored or removed depending on medical evaluation. When excision is appropriate, closure should respect scar placement and surrounding tissue.

Dysplastic Nevus is named in Dr. Rein's Skin Cancer section.

During consultation, Dr. Rein reviews the patient's goals, anatomy, health history, healing considerations, and realistic surgical or non-surgical options.
